Temperature and handling
Most lyophilised peptide materials are stable for normal courier transit when sealed and dry. Temperature-sensitive products or support materials may require different handling instructions, which should be checked on the product page or COA.
Receiving checklist
- Inspect packaging before accepting material into storage.
- Match product labels against order records and COA references.
- Move products to the stated storage condition promptly.
- Record any damage or discrepancy and contact support with order details.
International orders
Researchers ordering from outside the EU are responsible for checking import permissions, customs requirements and institutional procurement rules before ordering.
