Description
BPC-157 5 mg research overview
Research-grade BPC-157 for cell-migration, barrier-function and cytoprotection models. ≥99% HPLC purity with lot COA. RUO.
BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide investigated in cell migration, angiogenesis, nitric-oxide signalling and gastrointestinal cytoprotection models.
Peptide Shop supplies BPC-157 5 mg as a sealed research material with lot-level documentation where available. This product is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only and is not intended for human or veterinary diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic or consumption purposes.
Research use
- Tendon, ligament and connective-tissue cell models
- Gastric and intestinal barrier research
- Angiogenesis, fibroblast activity and wound-closure assays
Use alongside parent cell, extracellular-matrix and migration hubs when comparing BPC-157 with TB-500 or GHK-Cu research materials.

Reconstitution and handling
Allow lyophilised material to equilibrate before opening to reduce condensation risk. Add validated solvent slowly down the vial wall, avoid vigorous shaking, and record the final concentration in the laboratory notebook or LIMS.
Use aseptic technique, calibrated pipettes or syringes, and validated diluent choices for the assay system. Reconstituted materials should be aliquoted where appropriate to reduce repeated freeze-thaw exposure.
Storage
Store unopened material according to the stated condition: -20°C recommended (research-only). Keep vials sealed, dry and protected from light. Reconstituted solutions should be stored under validated laboratory conditions and discarded according to internal SOPs and applicable research-waste rules.
